I think my isp is retarded they keep freaking blocking access to the 1st page of random topics on the forum. The hell is wrong with them

I have Centurylink, and they're alright. We pay $20 a month and get 1.8MB down and like .7MB up. Megabytes not megabits. I mean that seems slow but for the price it's nice. Also no throttling or anything shady as far as I can tell. So, no they don't all suck.

on some things yes but the thing is they keep blocking random pages. i don't even know what they are targetting for example they blocked http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/226028-windows-10-name-explained-by-microsoft-dev-in-reddit-comment/ and  but only the first page i can access the other pages fine

probably because someone said "fu**cking" on the first page and so it gets blocked, this happens at my school all the time

i sometimes use vpns but it drops the speed by alot so yeah... i usually don't
