Booting takes ages.

I have a Maximus Vii Ranger with a 4790K, 16gb ddr3 2400mhz ram, gtx 760 striker platinum 4gb and a h100i cooler aswell as a 800w evo labs semi modular psu and a sandisk extreme ii. When i start the machine up the rog logo will stay on the screen for a long time ~30seconds, once it passes that however, it will boot into windows in about 5 seconds. I have looking in the bios at the POST logo display time and it is set to 3 seconds. I have tried changing that to 0 seconds aswell as resetting the bios. It still keeps happening though. Has anybody else had the same issue? What can i do about it?

Check the clock speed and if your mobo has a safe boot switch that it's not enabled

re-plug in your USB2.0 thing (into a different port preferably). the H100i one specifically.
