Alright my aunt is having problems and she lives in a different state so i just can't drive over there but teamviewer is so nice.

I have told her to unplug everything that she does not use, so the only things that are plugged in are the mouse, keyboard, and monitor

She has not installed anything new, which makes me think its her RAM and i have run malwarebytes and microsoft essentials and nothing comes up.

I have the HTML file attached and I have a text file as well.

report.html

bluescreens.txt

Thanks to anyone that can help.

Ye it is a good idea to run memtest if you think that may be the problem. It is best to eliminate possible causes of problems as you go along.
