Loud system fans

Hey, Im using my 3 Fractal Design silent series fans which came with my Arc midi R2 case, those are 140mm fans, 2 at the front, one as exhaust.In MSI Command Center I cant get them to operate under 50% fan speed, is there a method to make them spin on lets say 30%?

Arc midi R2...Nevermind.I usedit until today, becuase it was also loud on the 5V setting.

Sorry I miss read it. My point still stands just use the build in one. You should only run your fans at 5v at the minimum anyways. Msi only lets you bring them down to 6v (50% of 12v) so they built in fan controller should be better. If theyre still to loud then get new fans. You wont find any thing much quieter though.

What no, did you properly comprehend anything I said? 50% of 12v (standard fan running voltage is 12v) is 6v. Therefor using that MSI software youre only getting them down to 6v or 50%. If you use your built in fan controller you can get them to 5v which as you said is 41.6%. Which really is the quietest youll get it
