Which Ram is the best for me?

I was building a PC and I was unsure of my RAM so I decided to get some suggestions. I wanted to see if I should go with any of the RAMS listed below. Budget 110$ and below ( doesn't matter if its off by 10 or 20 bucks ).     Any other recommendations plz list down below.

Get the Ripjaws. Cheaper and lower CAS.

Why not these? Everyone seems to love them and they are cheap. It's what I would get. They look nice too.
