I have a 4690k currently running stock speeds two intakes one exhaust on h80i rad all stock atm.

Ran prime95 small FFT cpu temps rose to 75c on highest core lowest core around 68c.

Then ran Aida64 stability test highest temp on core was only 55c -_-

I was scared with the prime95 temps so why the insignificant difference in both tests

Prime95 is the toughest stress testing software out there, it pushes your CPU to it's limits that's why the temps are high. If you don't use manual voltage P95 will increase it even more and you'll get more heat.

That's why then.

I know to use manual voltage when overclocking mines on auto atm didn't think to put it on manual to check stress test on stock clocks
