this cooler looks like its pretty much a Hyper 212 evo:

212 evo has more heats pipes and density so id go with it

You can always just buy a blue LED fan and put it on the 212 EVO.

What about the hyper 212x

 

as you can see everyone recommends 212 evo, someone has recommended me the 212x because its a upgrade of the 212 evo. you should be fine :)
