Can i install L Developer preview for my nexus 7 2013 and nexus 4 without using USB

So my USB situation is a mess it wont work for my nexus devices and updating drivers does not work either thats why i could not get them to factory image and i really want the real deal OTA update for em when it comes out but sadly i wont.. but i was wondering if i could get the developer preview for them without touching USB at all i have CM11 on both atm unlocked bootloeader

You'll have to find a flashable zip, download it on the device and flash in recovery. However it's going to be hard to find a flashable version for the N4 and N7, most of what's available is for the Nexus 5
