I know this isn't the right forum to ask such a question, but I don't know other forums, so I have to ask it here.

In the summer I went on beach & I got sunburn. I knew it would happen, but I like swimming in the sea so much, I couldn't resist that temptation :D

So, my problem is: I hate tanned skin & I got suntan & as I read on Internet, tanning fades away in some weeks, but in my case it didn't. It's already 2 or 3 months, but my skin still looks like this:

My question is: Does it need more time in my case or it will stay permanently?

It will fade but it takes months, equally you could try having a little sunbathe without a top just to get even coverage in your back

Thx. This pic isn't mine. I used it like a showing example. But I have those lines near my underwear (I'm a male)
