Having PSU compatibility issues.

Hey Guys I recently got a Corsair cx750 PSU but it doesn't have a 4 pin power connector for My CPU its an i7 3770k if that matters. I'd like to know if there is a way to make it work or If I need a different PSU? If I need a replacement which power supplies would be compatible.

If it doesn't have a 4 pin connector it will have a connector that splits into two (4+4 I think, might be 4+2).

The CX750 comes with a 4+4 eps for that. You would simply only use half of it if your motherboard only has a 4-pin for CPU power. Just tie the other half to the rest of the cable in some way so that it doesn't get into a fan or something.
