Xbox 360 Wireless on PC

So I am sure there is probably a ton of things about this already but I dont have time to research. I have been meaning to get some controller gaming done on my pc but i only have wireless controllers. I have been considering getting a wired controller, but recently i saw an ncix video where they were using wireless. How do you do this? Thanks.
