Help me decide on a new monitor

I have £220, and currently am stuck between two options:  

 

1.

3.  

Suggest something else?

What makes this any better than the two IPS monitors I was looking at?

Looks better.

Thinner bezel.

Better stand.

Likely has lower input lag.

 

The second monitor you chose isn't IPS. It's TN. A good TN panel, but TN.

I knew that, i play CS:GO so i thought 144Hz could be a good option instead.
