Yeah, you can do this for $880 with OS. I'm assuming you're in the US and are using USD, so if I'm wrong please correct me since you didn't state it.

It's a bit overbudget, but I think this is the best you can do when you include an OS at that price. Any lower and you're either going to have to go too low on the GPU (I'm already at a worse GPU than I would like, ideally you'd spring for a GTX 970), or you'll lose the overclockability of the i5 4690k with the 212 Evo. Neither of which I want to give up. I know I didn't include an SSD, but that's because an SSD will never improve framerate in a game, only load times, and so I focused on real in-game performance instead as well as long lasting components. The PSU isn't as efficient as other gold/titanium PSUs, but it's decent enough quality to supply sufficient stable power, especially for a single GPU setup like this. The reason I went for the i5 and a worse GPU over an i3 is because you said you wanted to do streaming and media, and that just isn't realistic with an i3 while simultaneously playing demanding games. If this is too much, you could consider going for an AMD FX (6300 is sufficient, but 8350 is better) chip and compatible MoBo. It'll serve you better than any two-core processor regardless of hyper threading.

This is the best I could come up with. If G2A gets Windows 8.1 product keys back in stock, you can buy it for ~$20. With that saved money you could possibly get a R9 290. Or you could get a NZXT S340 which has USB 3.0 and IMO looks cooler.

The power supply is complete crap. Coolmax is a shit PSU company. Other than that it's fine. However I do recommend Windows 8.1 over Windows 7.

I picked windows 7 because im used to windows 7.

So? Windows 8 isn't hard to adjust to unless you're not a computer person. It's functionally better and handles time slicing CPU cycles slightly better than Win7 and has less overhead.

But don't certain games only run win 7?

No. Win 8 can run everything Win 7 can, which includes even older games. I'm on Win8 and can still run classics like Diablo 2 and the original Sims game. The only difficulty is getting used to how the start menu is now the metro interface, and hitting the start button now takes you to a full screen "start menu" instead of just a small little display in the bottom-left corner. It's really no hassle.

Honestly I have no need to. Everything is easy as pie to navigate to as-is. I never used the start menu much in the first place except to get to the control panel. Even computer management can be done by opening up any folder, right clicking on "this pc" on the left, and hitting manage. Super simple stuff.

This would be a thing, but then you will end up with $150+ whatever we try to help, at least, because from the region you are buying the parts and so on.
