Amd Phenom 9650 2.3Ghz overclock

I know that my cpu and board is old but unfortunately I haven't found to much on overclocking my cpu with my motherboard. Here is my system specs:

 

Phenom 9650 (non black edition)

4 GB DDR2 800 (2 1GB OCZ Platinum, 2 1GB OCZ Gold)

Asus GTX 750 1GB OC

OCZ ZT 750W modular power supply

Asus Crosshair I AM2+ motherboard

Gigabyte Cpu fan cooler.

Thermaltake V3 Red/Black mid tower

multiple HDD (will fix this when I get new system)

 

I can play most games just fine with the newest being battlefield 4.  I will be getting Farcry 4 next month and I am hoping with a little push my system will get me by till I can buy my new system.  Any help on the settings for FSB, HT settings, memory settings would be appreciated.

GPU overclock will make the most difference in games. You dont need to overclock memory.

I was able to overclock my phenom 9650 to 2.65 Ghz and is rock solid stable.  I did get it to 2.78 but when playing battlefield 4 the system would crash.  Thanks for the replys.
