I recently got another 4GB of RAm for my PC. Its exastly the same as my other stick of RAM (Corsair 1333mhz). I installed and my PC turns on but there's no display. But when I take 1 stick out and leave 1 in, my PC boots fine. I tested to see if the new RAM was faulty so I took my old one out and lefdt my new one in and it boots up fine so the new RAM isn't faulty. I need help please,

Thank you.

P.S, my specs are:

AMD A6-5400K

asrock fm2a75m-dgs motherboard

Thank you.

is it possible you simply have more ram than is acceptable? on crucial.com they have an upgrade tester utility that will tell you exactly how much ram you can use

corsair 600t, msi z87-g45, intel 4770k, 16g patriot viper low-pro ram, asus direct cu2 780, crucial 256gig ssd, seagate baracuda 1tb,

Try various combinations of the ram slots on your board.  Then if that dosnt work id go into the bios and configure all the memory settings.  If that still dosnt work, unclock your memory, maybe 1066mhz...see if that does it.  Also ive never had issues with mixing memory (maybe it was just luck) as far as clock speeds and timing goes.

Hmm, since both sticks work alone from one another it does sound like a motherboard problem. I'd try resetting the CMOS with both RAM sticks in, then if you get display go into your BIOS and make sure your motherboard has detected all your RAM.
