Metro apps crash

Hi there! My problem is that anytime I try to open an original Windows app (Mail, Contact, Weather, Stocks etc.) it shows the logo then immediately goes to the background. If I pull in the running apps bar it shows that the app is running but if I select it, it goes to the background again.

 

 

What can I do?

Updating them and/or reinstalling them worked for me. Are you using a tablet or a desktop version of Windows 8?

 -> Uninstall your anti-virus, if you are not using the built-in Windows one.

Its the desktop version. Reinstall doesn't help. Will try the other methods now.

 

Edit.: App Troubleshooter didn't find anything and I uninstalled my anti-virus so thats not the problem.

Try making a new account and see if the problem persists?

Problem Solved: There's something wrong with the certificate of the newest Leshcat driver. Somehow it reseted the system into Test Mode and the apps didn't start. Run: sfc /scannow in cmd + Win 8 disk in the drive and setting the normal boot in msconfig solved the situation.
