Second GPU Not Detected

Today I got my second EVGA 780 ti Classified and attempted to set up sli for the first time, my computer however doesn't seem to be detecting the new card. I have a sound card plugged into a 1x slot that was working, so I disconnected that just to check and the second card still wasn't detected. Help please?!

 

MSI z77 Mpower

Intel I7 3770k

EVGA 780 ti Classified Eddition (x2)

8gb Corsair ddr3 ram

ASUS Phoebus sound card

EVGA 850 WATT psu
