Flashing onboard LEDs

I am using the ASUS Gryphon Z87 Motherboard and whenever I start it up to set the BIOS settings the DRAM Led flashes after the CPU LED flashes, they simultaneously flashing one after the other with the CPU LED lighting up first followed by the DRAM LED. Please tell me what I have to fix to get it to start up.

Try reseating the RAM and CPU

I tried that already, everything stayed the same.
