Post Count Not Going Up?

Ok...so for some reason my amount of posts that I've posted number isn't going up for some reason...it appears to be stuck at 1,997 which sucks because I know I've probably hit 2,000 now. I had the idea of always posting something funny/a "hit 2,000 posts" picture in the comment of the post I make when I hit an additional thousand. 

 

Sucks cause it seems like the number isn't going up...(watch as it suddenly does because that's just how things tend to work around me). 

 

EDIT: OK. It didn't go up lol. Still stuck at 1,997.

it's almost like someone considers my ot posts trivial fluff pieces, side shows, irrelevancies !!!!!!!
