4 way SLI isn't good...FOR ANYTHING!

I suggest 2 way at max. The 750W g2 should over you and your overclock.

Ok. If you plan on 3 gpu's then your cpu choice is good as well. The 5820K would be a better option if you only planned on 2 gpu's.
