Samsung galaxy s5 v/s samsung galaxy s5 duos

I am thinking to buy my first smartphone soon after i finish with my pc build.The galaxy s5 price was like $900 at launch and now the S5 duos sells at $526.98 on ebay.What features does the Duos lack for it to sell so cheap.Am i missing something here ?

 

I need the factory unlocked international version and i live in Mauritius

No i don't need dual sim 

I said i live in Mauritius but i will buy from ebay because tech is overpriced here....will get an s5 for $1k here lol

Budget is not really that much of an issue at this point , i am just considering which s5 to buy

If possible I'll recommend a Galaxy Note 4.

But the Note 4 will go around $800-900 at launch so....

 

I'll say go with the S5 if possible.

There is literally no difference between the Duos and the S5. (Excluding the dual-sim support of course)

However, the mainstream model of the phone will always get firmware updates first.

It's a sad thing, but Samsung just pushes updates this way.

But the Duos isn't a bad choice either.

You also have to be careful on who you're buying it from. You live overseas, the transaction can get messy.
