Check out the Fractal design core 100 or 1100. They are less than $50 and are a really great budget case.

Im looking for something really small if I can get it.

You are not going to get anything much smaller unless you use an HTPC case or something.

Why would I spend that kind of money on a case for a low end computer? I can get a small case for $40. Im not paying extra for a window and options I WONT use on a media pc.

Cooler Master N200 is the smallest, cheapest case I will recommend. Personally I'd stretch the budget for a Silverstone Sugo SG09 since you want something small.
