How to separate personalization options between computers?

So here is my situation:

 

I have one computer running Windows 8.1, and the other one is dual-booting Windows 7 and the new Windows Technical Preview. I want to have Windows set up so that when I change personalization options on either 8.1 or the technical preview, it doesn't force the changes on my other computer.

 

For example, if I am on the computer running the technical preview, and I change the wallpaper, the wallpaper on my computer running Windows 8.1 changes to match, but I don't want that to happen.

 

Is there a way I can unlink the personalization options between these computers while still having them connected to the same Microsoft account?

I think it's somewhere in the personalization or OneDrive options in the PC Settings app.
