Before I start, It might be uninteresting to you guys then like $1000 Gaming PC, etc.. However please take some time to read my post and give advice. I am planning to plan and build from low end and upgrade later on... And I tried to keep near £200 (without OS).. not at the most but near..

This is what I have thought for my PC:

Any suggestion and change I have to make? Also I have other body part like PSU and case, so I want to focus on the "important" parts.. Once again.. Any recommendation?

Thanks for the support and my apology for any bad Englishes..

P.S: Does SlienX CPU cooler help reducing the computer noise?

P.S.S: If I wait to Christmas, is there any chance that price will drop?

@gidonyou Why not just wait until you can buy a proper gaming pc (around $6-700 USD)? Going cheap and then upgrading will ultimately cost more.

Anyway, something like this would be much better since you could just drop in a good gpu down the road and get something pretty solid; and you can also upgrade the cpu to a broadwell i5/i7 in the future should you need the extra power.

Motherboard: Asus H81M-A Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£40.13 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  (£43.76 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £257.49
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

What kind of use this computer would come?

what others parts you have that would come to this ? case psu? psu wattage etc...

you can use APU to play some less demanding games without external graphic cards so you could start off without it, and buy card when you can afford.

but would definetly recommend 8gb of ram.. I tend to go over 4g easily with just browsing web and having web browser on for long time

For a generel gaming PC he doesnt need 2133mhz ram, he could get just 1600mhz and then invest better in the GPU, although if he can afford it, it will perform better, especially in video, photo and audio work

So what is GPU? is it just CPU with graphic in them? So which model do you prefer? also if I have GPU i don't need graphic card.. right?

2133mhz ram isn't more expensive.

GPU stands for Graphics Proccessing Unit, which is basically a  graphics card.

I would recommend you the AMD R7 250 for your budget. although I think you should upgrade later.
