Video Editing Hackintosh <1300 USD

Hello, I am building a Hackintosh for my dad that does video editing for living. He is currently using an ancient Mac pro with final cut pro 7 and he wants to continue using final cut pro 7 but needs a better computer. Thus I told him about hackintoshes and he was very open to the idea. He has around 1300 to spend on a new computer but he would prefer to spend less if he can. This PC would be used solely for video editing in final cut and nothing else.
