IF you want to screw over your case for no tangible cooling performance, go for it. I have 7 120mm and 140mm fans lying around.

it won't change much in terms of heat, you would have to be running damn hot for it to make even afew degree difference

Ah.... Actually i have another question. Should i order this for the front http://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Tek-Filter-Magnet-FF142B/dp/B008N8GENI/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1412570447&sr=8-4&keywords=fan+filter Because ytd when i was cleaning i realised that there were a shit ton of dust up till the hard drive cage. My case is the spec 03! The front dust filter isnt really doing a great job.....
