I am looking to build a small computer that will be used for internet, movie's, digital books and music. I would like to keep it as CHEAP as possible and small in size. I have a copy of windows 7, mouse, keyboard, HDTV. Thank for the help.

Just get an Intel Nuc.

I would like to spend less then $200 ( I should have said that) Also when it comes down to it, price is more important then size.

Good luck with that. The OS itself is around $80-100

The only option really is to get a pre-built system ie - NUC.

one of those zotac E machines or whatever should work they have a bay trail processor which should be fine for 1080 playback

You could get a Nuc with a Celeron N2820 which should be good enough but personally i would get the I3 version.

He already has a copy of win7 which he could use but as windows 8 is more recourseful i would personally just pirate or buy a copy of win8

that particular model would need a memory dimm and a hard drive but they have many units that come with a hard drive and ram
