SMSL sAp II or III

Hey Guys,

 

Long time reader, but finally decided to make a thread since I am in a pickle.

 

Im buying an Odac along with an amp and have decided ont he SMSL sAp II:

Does anyone have experience with any of the two amps? Whats the difference between the sAp II and III, the internals look different but which one will perform better?

I cant really find anything at all on the sAp III so I am unsure as wether it is better or not.
