I'm still pretty new to this android thing, so bear with me. Zenfone5 just got a kitkat upgrade and trying to install it. The auto updater doesn't seem to see that there's an update, so I downloaded manually from their site, already making sure I have the right SKU (the WW). When I tried installing it, I get an error that says

assert failed: getprop("ro.build.asus.sku")=="WW"

return code *E: Error in /data/media/0/UL-....(the update file).zip(Status 8)

E: fota_return_code 403

E: Install of /data/media/0/UL-....(the update file).zip failed with status 1

And then there's the option to update it from ADB. So what do I do?

Have you read the instructions clearly? Also, did you downloaded the update with your phone's corresponding model? e.g. ASUS_T00J_WW

My Current PC Codename: Scrapper

Yup, it's an Asus T00F, th current installed version is WW so I assume that it is WW. Is there anything else in particular that I need to follow? I just put the zip file (the one in the dowloaded zip file since the downloaded one isn't recognized by the system) into the internal memory
