800 EUR is a nice buget. Something like this?

Water blocks: EK DCUII waterblocks (acetal + nickel or plexi + nickel)

Rads: At least 2x 240 rads, or a 360 + a 240. Alphacool makes awesome rads

Tubing: Primochill Advanced LRT 1/2 ID 3/4 OD

Fittings: Compression fittings, Bitspower makes the best ones. EK, Alphacool, Monsoon etc. have cheaper ones

Pump/res: EK 140 X-RES

Pump: D5 vario, the Alphacool VPP655 is pretty easy to find in the EU

Bert & Ernie before squirting spermie.

I would suggest the following, all from Aquatuning in germany. They'll send the stuff to you.

Basic kit with CPU block: http://www.au.aquatuning.com/water-cooling/kits-und-systems/internal-kits/17482/alphacool-nexxxos-cool-answer-360-d5/st-set?c=7176

Extra Rad and Fans (you will need this due to the 780's):http://www.au.aquatuning.com/water-cooling/radiators/radiators-active/12876/alphacool-nexxxos-monsta-240mm?c=7283

Gpu's Blocks (you'll need one for each card): http://www.au.aquatuning.com/water-cooling/gpu-water-blocks/gpu-full-cover/15636/aquacomputer-kryographics-fuer-gtx-780?c=7187

SLI fitting : http://www.au.aquatuning.com/water-cooling/gpu-water-blocks/gpu-sli-connector/8811/koolance-sli-vid-variable-connection-nipple-g1/4-2-3-slot?c=7210

Extra fittings (you will need at least 4) : http://www.au.aquatuning.com/water-cooling/fittings/compression-fittings/1310mm/13967/13/10mm-compression-fitting-g1/4-compact-matte-black?c=12127

That should get you rolling. I would Normally recommend EK parts and blocks, I'm in a bit of a rush, this was all I could find quickly at Aquatuning.

All parts should fit in most cases. That kit rad size will depend on if you case can hold it.

MOBO: ASUS X79 Pro CPU: i7 3820 Ram: Corsair Vengence 32Gb 2133mhz (8x4) GPU: 2 x Sapphire R9 290 in X-fire PSU: Seasonic G series 750w Drives: 1 x 750 gig WD black, 3x WD Black 1TB, 1 x Segate Barrcuda 1 TB, 1 x Toshiba 2TB, Intel 520 240gig SSD Case: Enthoo Primo w/ Green and Blue LED lighting.
