might be the registry file cleanup

have you tried turning your pc off and back on again?

Have you tried reinstalling your LAN drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website?

my brothers laptop has this issue but it doesnt go down at the same time so i doubt it's related

Do you have anything other than these two devices to check that your connection is 100% stable?

Is this wired or wireless?
