So i'm about to buy new card to replace my gtx 560ti and dont know if i should buy 660 or 660ti or 670 ( cheapest one, like palit jetstream )

anyone have any experience on these cards and how will they perform in a game like far cry 3, batllefield or other games?

I've also heard that palit jetstream gtx 670 has horrible noise and is very hot card, is this true?

660ti' date=' definately. Best value for money, and with the MSI power one (save up for one rather than a cheaper one IMHO) When overclocking comes really close to a 670 :) Hope this helps[/quote']

Does overclocking reduce the gpus lifetime?

Of course, but it the GPU will be outdated before it dies.

It should last at least 4-5 years, and after 4-5 years, the new integrated graphics will probably equivalent.

Even the single GTX 660 is a good upgrade from your current GTX 560 Ti. At 1080p MSAAx4 you will get on average +13fps. I find that this particular GPU is even more value for the money. But of course select a better video card to be able to run games on Ultra settings in the years to come, which the GTX 660 won't be able to do at this resolution.

I would probably agree that the 660Ti is best value for money atm..

but the 7950 offers quite some better performance for the same money from what I can tell.. :) I would deff go with that.. OR wait for the next gen GPUs. honestly I would argue that its kinda pointless to upgrade now that there is only a few month until the next gen..

(Comming soon)

Would you consider AMD? If not 660Ti is best price to performance on Nvidia side right now.
I'd consider amd if i knew which one is the 660ti of the radeon series :D

The 660ti counter part of the AMD series is the 7950, the 7950 can easily overclock better than the 660ti as well.

But I think you'd prefer a Nvidia card, right? Either way it's your money! I would go with the Nvidia card because it is simple and powerful, some people can't hand a couple driver issues every now and again with AMD ;)

660 ti is the best bang for the buck if you plan on getting a new gpu.

Thanks dude, should i buy 2gb or 3gb. Is there any downsides buying 3gb card instead of 2gb which would be enoguh?
