Well then CoD obviously hates SLI. Just play with SLI disabled.

CoD doesn't need 2 780's.

Just use one.

Your driver install might have gone pear shaped resulting in errors when trying to use the SLI profile for BO2, try using "Display Driver Uninstaller" and following all the suggested instructions(including booting into safe mode) to completely remove your GPU drivers. After doing that download a fresh copy of the latest non beta driver from Nvidia's website and install it. Be sure to turn off SLI before doing this as sometimes it makes uninstalls go batty.

CoD is horribly optimized on PC's, just disable sli
