Gpu problems and amazon warranty (help)

i contacted amazon a few times about warranty items (well after the 30days UK) they give me a free ship label to print ant to mail it back to them, they even mail a replacement at the same time. had my vita replaced which later was sold as its rather useless and an sd card that i recall.

 

just chat with their support, they are usually very willing to send a replacement. they mailed me wrong item once (2x4  gb ballistix rather than 2x8 ballistix laptop ram ddr3) they are much more willing to give you a replacement item than refund usually. they offered me half the price off, which still worked out really cheap... got 2 modules for a price of one... 

 

nearly 100% sure if you contact them via chat, they will just send you a replacement and give you a return label for your old one. Amazon has the most painless and simple customer support services i've encountered so far.

I'm sure there is something wrong when I play. But are not very sure that the problem is the cards, maybe the problem is with another .. so .. if the reference to amazon after maybe they take it and they don't refound me?

send it bac i bricked a gpu watercooling it a gtx 780 put the refrence cooler on forgot putting the cover on the box and they still accepted it so you are fine

no i returned it and they gave me my money back even through it was obvious that i had tampered with it i also had bios hacked it

you send it back within 30 days after delivery.. right? 90 days have passed since my delivery :( , then i "use" the warranty.. and it's different i think..

and you place water in your card.. i have artifacts .. it's different. maybe they can't see the problem in the card?

no, i do a overclock. but nothing else. my gpu is a sapphire.. then i send it to sapphire haha

Amazon.com always refunds your money for a defective item once you send it back to them. You must understand that this takes time as the item took some time to get to you therefore it would take some time for you to get the refund.

 

I would advise that you go to this page and have a chat with an agent and have them make a support ticket case expressing a detailed account with pictures(can't remember if you can upload a video but you can upload pictures) of your problem and what you will do and want. They are always very helpful and i have always gotten favorable results from this method.

If your warranty is up at amazon it won't be by the vendor, so contact them as well.

just say it was broken under there return and they should take it what gpu do you have btw

They won't know about GPU problems, they will only know a verified customer has a problem with an item and they will help you as best as they can. Try the chat page i gave you make sure you have the invoice for the item, you can find that in your orders.
