Gpu problems and amazon warranty (help)
i contacted amazon a few times about warranty items (well after the 30days UK) they give me a free ship label to print ant to mail it back to them, they even mail a replacement at the same time. had my vita replaced which later was sold as its rather useless and an sd card that i recall.
just chat with their support, they are usually very willing to send a replacement. they mailed me wrong item once (2x4 gb ballistix rather than 2x8 ballistix laptop ram ddr3) they are much more willing to give you a replacement item than refund usually. they offered me half the price off, which still worked out really cheap... got 2 modules for a price of one...
nearly 100% sure if you contact them via chat, they will just send you a replacement and give you a return label for your old one. Amazon has the most painless and simple customer support services i've encountered so far.
