Just overclocked it, changed multiplier from 38-42, last night I got it to 4.4ghz but the hottest core was like 77 degrees, how does .2ghz make such a big difference? I was thinking I could get way higher than 4.6, but maybe not o.O. Maybe I need to clean my rad off, IDK if that makes a difference, haven't cleaned in like 1 month and my house is pretty dusty

 

It's being cooled by an h100i in push/pull with noctua-nf-f12's

It's how Ivy Bridge is set up. How fast are your fans rotating on your rad?

 

 

1405 rpm, everything is setup with corsair link 2, the custom fan curve starts at like 600rpm and goes to 1500, but they don't reach 1500, I believe thats their max.  They top out at like 1435 according to corsair link 2
