Something like prime95 I heard it's not good for stress test 

Prime95 is good for stress testing but on newer intel cpu (haswell or later) it causes an issue with the voltage or something like that, If your using AMD or an older system it should be fine. If your looking for the best all round alternative AIDA64 is probably the best

Any 4xxx series chip from Intel you want to use Aida64 or OCCT. Rumor has it that Prime95 actually causes the voltage to go over maximum so causes high instability when you start over clocking. IF your chip is before the Haswell line, your ok.

Does it over volt only while it's testing or it might leave it permentally !?
