Are you going with two cards?
If not, then you can get away with a 600w power supply easily.

I know not of DDR4 memory but I'd go for the highest speed you can afford. 4gb x 4.

I'd just use an AIO for the CPU. I like Swiftech.

WD Green. Unless you're putting games on it. Then a Seagate Barracuda or WD Black. Personally I'd go with a 500GB SSD.

Noctua.

Probably in the future. It depends.

Does these fit in the $3000 budget?

Don't build a computer for things you might do in the future. Chances are by then there will be something better out.

Do you live close to the border? You can get better deals from the US.

Is $3000 including the things you've already purchased or on top?

Seasonic Platinum 660w should be enough right? Or should I get the Corsair AX 760? It seems like Seasonic 660w PSUs have coil whine problems.

No, I don`t.

It's hard for us to judge when we don't know what you spent on the parts you got ;)

I'd check out Johnny Guru (I think that's the site) for power supply reviews. There's a few that have gotten high ratings. Pick one of those and enjoy.

If you plan to overclock go with an AIO on X99. The H100i is decent and well priced. Kraken X61 and Swiftech H220-X are significantly more expensive but do a better job cooling.

GTX 980.

G.Skill Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

No plan for a second gpu - SeaSonic SSR-550RM, SeaSonic SSR-650RM, SeaSonic X660 Gold

Plan a second gpu - EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR, XFX P1-750B-BEFX,EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR, SeaSonic SS-750KM, Corsair AX760, Corsair AX860

HDD - Size? Seagate Barracuda, Seagate Desktop, WD Caviar Blue, WD Black.

Fans - don't bother, they can always be added later if needed.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
