R7 260X Texture glitching

Hey guys, on the behalf of my friend he is experiencing weird glitching texture glitched with this card.

 

The Model is the Gigabyte R7 260x (this)

 

The texture glitching is happening on every single game he plays. CS;GO, Rust, DayZ etc.. He's had the card since April and hes had no issues with it. The temperatures stay below 65degrees celcius on load.

 

He did notice that after playing some experimental on rust the texture glitches occured. He was running the 13.2 drivers and told him to update to 14.4 (stable) and he still has the glitches?

 

What seems to be the problem?
