my uncle own MSI Z97 Gaming 5 And my friend have R9 270 Twin Fozr have no problem with that

I think this topic would be much more useful if people didn't go, n=2 no issues-> MSI is good. 

Arguments, like poor fanbearings or compontents are more compelling...

Well, the OP asked how good is MSI. People who own or have owned MSI are going to weigh in on their experiences with MSI products and service. If they had no issues or problems, then that is their experience. As far as they know, it's a decent company that sells good products.

Heard some problems with the 5 from time to time, plus the 7 still would fit in my budget anyways.

Mainly more so software issues (though these probably happen on the 7 as well), but the 7 has more ports and connectivity so it's more expandable, so if I had to pick, I'd still get the 7.
