Doesn't DSR come to the 700 series aswell? Not sure about MFAA.

"Used", personally I never buy used GPU's the warranty for 100$ seems worth it to me.

Apparently the fans on the cooler are stuck at 100% on the 780.. would it still be worth it?

If you can deal with your PC sounding like a vacuum cleaner 24/7, even while downloading steam games overnight. I wouldn't touch a major second hand PC part unless I knew the seller personally, especially not one that is broken in some way.
