No... You need the RAM to get into the OS...

 

You can get a cheap module or borrow some from a friend as a temporary solution...

I am slowly making my pc and all i have is the motherboard cpu hard drive and a power supply. can i tern it on at all can i get in to windows

 

my cpu is a AMD FX will that have a build in gnu at all
