is this psu enough

i have been reading up on several different forums and still dont know whether or not this power supply with be sufficient for my system build....i plan on doing a moderate oc of the cpu and gpus. i would rather not get a larger psu if not needed due to suggested psu size for the case i have chosen. any input would be greatly appreciated

Yeah. More than enough. I'd personally get 970s tho.

i already have 1 of the 780s and i can get the 2nd one for about $290 so i figured that setup would be a much better bang for my buck

PSU is more than enough.  I'm running the same psu with sli evga 780 sc acx cards.  Also have my 4790k overclocked to 4.5ghz @ 1.25v and everything runs great.  Haven't tried to overclock the card yet since I'm still debating whether or not to step up my cards.
