Firstly I'd like to introduce myself as this is my first post here. My name is Steve and I have recently started building a few systems for friends and family etc. This is my first water cooling loop for my 8320 and I will be upgrading my GPU and motherboard in the near future so you'll have to excuse the crappy hardware. I plan on water cooling a GPU in the future.

Now because this is my first loop I probably should expect some criticism but overall I am happy with the result. The parts I used for this loop are as follows:

Masterkleer red tubing

Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full copper Radiator

Alphacool Lighttower 160mm with G1/4 thread adaptor

EK-Supreme LTX AMD water block

Phobya DC12-260 pump

All of this in a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe which was an absolute pleasure to work in. I would eventually like to put UV lights inside aswell.

Please change the color of the text to automatic, or something that can easily be read when on a black/dark gray background so us night theme users can read it!

Also whats that really long run of tubing going to? that would really be the only complaint I have about it as it gets in the way a bit, but over all great job for a first time!

I was going to say. How come you went water-cooling on the CPU with such a shit GPU... Than i saw the upgrade thing and i regained my pulse.

If you going to watercool your gpu as well as your cpu in the same loop, a 360mm rad may not be enough.

If there is more room for rads use it, if you run your parts at stock you can just get away with a 360mm rad. If you overclock your parts you will need more rads to keep the temp down.

edit: sorry i read it as you were only going to use a 360 rad to cool the whole system sorry

Yeah don't worry I plan on it very soon :)

Do you adivse doing another loop completely then for my GPU then if I do overclock?

@SynovateSteve

Looks nice, great case too! I'd love to see a build log when you get new components in there.

P.S: you are required by unofficial law to go with max rads in every Phanteks case water cooled build :P

I edited my last post sorry.

You can if you want but It probably be that much of a problem if you have enough rad surface area.

Do you think that this pump would be able to handle CPU and GPU in the same loop?

Okie sorry. The one that goes from the water block down under the power supply bracket goes to the pump because I didn't want it on show. I htink once I put a GPU in the loop it won't look as bad :)

Yeah I think it will look a lot better too, having that long bit of tubing going to the GPU then up to the CPU.

I think it will, but if you want a silent and long life pump, change to a D5 pump with speed control.

I meant to get one to begin with but I was only really planing on doing the CPU to start with but I just want to do it again because it was fun :D. Maybe when I come to do my GPU I will eventually get some.

Thats alright, just a recommendation. The D5 is just widely know for being a good and silent pump.
