Hello, This is my first time building a PC and I am looking to spend around 600 us dollars for my first build. Doing some basic research I came up with this list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GFW4P6. I posted that build on reddit and someone told me to switch to this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hhKtkL. I was wondering which build would be best for me or if you have any other suggestions. For some background I am looking to run games like assassins creed 4 and skyrim at 1080p at around 60 fps at fairly high settings. Any help is appreciated because I still know profoundly little about parts and such.

Thank you!

I remember my first build... HEEBEEJEEBIES. While both setups could work great, in my opinion, it's really up to what components you prefer from who. If you ask around more, especially in the other forums, I'm sure you'll find more info on what components you should get. Personally, I would buy the second(Because I'm an Intel fanboy), but it's really up to you. Also, what GPU are you planning to use?

Don't get AMD CPU, or you'll encounter bottlneck in games.
