I can't draw for shit and I want to try doing something digital with art. Since I will probably suck at that too, I want to start with something more basic such as vectoring an image. I know I can use Inkscape to do that. But I want to know, after I vector it, could I still use Inkscape to do the coloring, shading, lighting, and whatnot or is there a better free program to do that type of stuff better?
