Black wallpaper problem

MrViresh

I have a quite annoying problem with my Toshiba L670D-13q. It started just 4 days ago, so I guessed it would be over by now... Guess what? It's still not over. So here's the problem: Everytime since 4 days ago, when I booted my laptop and logged in, my wallpaper is gone. The desktop background is just plain black. Whenever I re-set the wallpaper to the original one and reboot, it is black again. I really have no idea what's going on here. Can someone help me?

It's a virus. Run malware bytes, windows defender and any other software till it is gone. It's an old virus that does it, my grandma is bad about getting it every so often.

I'll run a full system scan with my anti-virus now, I hope it will be solved with this.

if it is actually a virus, and it got on your PC even though you have an AV, chances are it won't catch it. Try HitmanPro, it's pretty good at exactly that. :)
