It says on or about the 22nd and they haven't updated the page with winners, so I don't think they've drawn winners yet

I think they announce it today.

According to the site it should have been on/about yesterday.

2 Grand Prize winners will be announced on this page on or about Monday September 22nd. Winners will be contacted via email after the announcement.
