GPU recommendations

Alright lady and gents, I got a bonus incoming soon and planning on spending it on my GPU. Open to recommendations.

 

My current rig is a i5 4690k Asus sabertooth mark 1 with Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) and a corsair 650watt PS that Im planning on upgrading if needed. My current card a Gtx 470. I was planning on spending 90bucks and get another one for SLI but not sure if worth it now. or just save it for something better.

Get a GTX 960/970 if you can.
