ETS2 low GPU/CPU usage and low framerate

Euro Truck Simulator 2 hasn't been performing properly.

I've been getting %40 GPU usage and %15 CPU usage while my framerate goes 15-55FPS.

I'm running the game at 5760x1080 with maxed out graphics other than AA and DoF.

My temps are fine. Don't know why the game isn't fully utilizing my system.

You know, I should probably check to see how my grandma's APU is doing in that game. My framerate is crap at 1440x900 with abysmal settings (only res it will run at without the monitor derping or the game forcing 16:9 format in a 4:3 ratio res).

I haven't looked at cpu or gpu usage for some time while playing but I if I recall its not that demanding, I have it scaled like 300%.
