Hey guys so i had pretty much a big problem. The top radiator which i fit onto this system and into this loop was leaking on the right hand side. The last fan screws punctured the rad somehow. This caused it to leak but i am not sure if thats the main reason why the loop would not go completly around.

1. Could you see a problem with this loop?

2. How can i drain liquid from the rad in the front?

this is also my first time doing acrylic or a custom loop.

First picture shows loop without any liquid in it.

Here is the picture with the loop filled but the tube was cut to drain some liquid out so i could take the rad out via the front bays.

The loop is running this way and when u turn on the pump the liquid in the res was pushing up. Now am not sure if this was due to the puncture in the rad but is this supposed to be ok? or is something wrong with the loop. The top this is just fill port on the res and obvously pipe was cut after the leak.

Here is how the liquid flows and you can work out the rest.

Would really like some help thnx

There's pressure in those lines, if you have a hole in the rad, no matter the size, it'll leak. Tear the rad out and leak test it outside your system. If it leaks then contact the manufacturer and see if they can send you a new one.

i may be looking at this wrong, but shouldn't the pump top center be intake/inlet

and the topside be pressure out? swap the GPU line to the top of pump top and

route line from reservoir to the center of the pump top.

you can use this time to install a drain in the inlet side of the pump top for

draining purposes.

Hey thnx man i really needed this i am using a friends system atm cuz my laptop broke a few days ago :-(. Do you think i would have broken the pump by turning it on? with it connected wrong?

I very much doubt you would have killed the pump, but you'll only really know once the loop is full. Bit of a pain now, to redo those two runs. But good luck with it!

well, they do not like that flow (must have been quite loud). possible, but not probable.

just as long as there was coolant present on running (no bearing scalding) you could

be in the clear. fix the leak, install drain and reroute tubing.

Could anyone plz post a rerun of the tubing using paint and any of the pics above with arrows of flow. It would help when i carry this out during the week sometime. Some say that the tubing on the block must be changed due to it having inlets and outlets and so on.

Thnx in advance
